The heart of man is wicked
Yeah, the heart of man is wicked, but what of the stage we created for him?
We have a lot of 'sick' people living with us and to help them become better, we give them platforms
The stage for growth and transformation has become a platform of weight and baggage
The stage carries many stories
Stories of hope
Stories of life
Stories of transformation
Stories that inspire
Stories that breaks cycles
But, look around today
The stage echoes stories of hate
Stories of rebellion
Stories that bring wrong transformation
Stories that shape the wrong ideologies
Stories of unforgiveness
Stories where people get trapped in their trauma and define everything by it
Stories where the victim always want to play the victim
Stories where people desire not to flee but stay to have same story to tell
A clique of pain, anger, bitterness, unforgiveness, wickedness begins each day.
The very tool for inspiration and changehas become a weapon prolonging mental health issues
Many are trapped in their mental torture because of a microphone that 'told a trapped story'
A story never from the place of victory or good health; a healed mind, heart
Yes, telling also brings healing
But ask what state are you in before telling
Are you in the state of seeking justice and being well yourself?
Are you in the state of gathering people in the same pain to recruit more?
Are you in the state of creating a group for healing which only habours the ugly side of your trauma?
Are you just hurt, and you are looking for validation?
Society made us what we are now
But there is a God who created us in His image and likeness
Its His desire for us to come to the place of truth;
knowing who we are in Him
Becoming like Jesus
Becoming Him
Putting on our true identity and lifting up others to their true self as they become better
Don't ever say ' this is who I am' or 'this is my charcater'
No that's not you at all if it's not what God says
You are a Royal priesthood
A peculiar person
A holy nation
Just pause and think: "How can one be a nation"?
You are who your creator says you are
So before you hold that microphone
Before you climb that stage
Before you pick that pen
Before you open your mouth and release words
Check if the former pattern lights up within
Check the source
Look in the eyes of the young lady or gentleman who has no idea of what lies ahead of her
Check if someone will be truly and highly empowered
Check: "Will this transform a life for the better?"
And now speak
Breaking the cycle is not in changing totally
It is also not admitting nothing happened
Breaking the cycle is telling your truth
BUT with a different perspective that tells your true identity and helps another come out of it or overcome
Breaking the cycle is in the daily decisions we take to become better and hold the hand of the next person
Breaking the cycle is lifting each other up to a healed society not a traumatized one.
